Bio & notable achievements
Ella joined XSEM in February 2022 and is Partnerships & Proposals Manager. Her role centres on creating high-quality proposals for both new and existing business opportunities, helping clients understand how XSEM can deliver engaging and effective experiences tailored to their objectives.
Alongside proposal development, Ella researches new opportunities, identifies potential clients and contributes to lead generation activities that help strengthen our pipeline of future work. Her commercial mindset and attention to detail ensure that every opportunity is approached thoughtfully and strategically.
A key part of Ella’s role is managing and developing supplier relationships. By working closely with trusted partners, she helps enhance XSEM’s service offering, identify innovative ideas and create opportunities for collaboration that benefit both clients and the wider business.
Outside of XSEM
Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and making the most of opportunities to slow down and unwind. Long walks along the canal are a favourite way to switch off, enjoy the outdoors and recharge after a busy week. She is also an enthusiastic Vinted user and enjoys everything from browsing and discovering unique finds to selling pre-loved items and giving them a new home.
