Campaign Specialist

From marketing and brand activations to events, company reward schemes, and creating and managing data driven comms, we dig deep to get to the heart of our clients’ challenges, then use our energy and creativity to overcome them. In short, we make people happy!

About the role
  • Set up and deliver marketing, loyalty and reward campaigns end to end, ensuring work is on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Own campaign data management, maintaining accurate spreadsheets, overseeing uploads and ensuring data integrity across platforms.
  • Monitor performance and reporting, analysing and interpreting results to deliver clear insights and demonstrate ROI.
  • Create compelling campaign content and copy for a range of audience types.
  • Build strong client relationships, managing requests, resolving issues and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.
  • Drive process improvement, maintaining organised workflows and enhancing efficiency, accuracy and consistency.
About you
  • 3+ years’ experience in creating and delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, data manipulation, automation).
  • Confident using email automation software.
  • Comfortable handling large data sets with strong attention to detail.
  • Analytical and naturally curious – able to turn data into clear insights.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of campaign ROI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
  • A collaborative team player with exceptional client service standards.
