Here at XSEM, we recognise that our existence is part of a bigger system of people, values, other organisations and nature. We believe that the social responsibility of a business is to give back to the world just as it gives to us.

We can use climate smart technology to measure, reduce and remove the emissions generated by your campaigns and events.
We know there are many CO2 offsetting programmes out there but with our partner, Trees4Events, we offer complete transparency and work to build a connection with the traveller, their trees and their impact.
20 Acts of Kindness
Launched on 3rd February 2023, to celebrate our 20-year anniversary, we kicked off the XSEM ‘20 Acts of Kindness’ initiative.
Our goal? To boost our sustainability efforts and improve day-to-day practices, while giving back to our community.
20 Acts of Kindness runs for 12 months, with our team committing to a minimum of 20 CSR projects throughout the year. From renovating gardens to helping charities rebrand, our team has contributed to many projects.
The initiative is relaunched each February and the cycle of 20 begins again!
