Bio & notable achievements

Nicole is a Senior Project Manager who specialises in incentive travel, conferences and brand engagement programmes. Since joining XSEM in February 2019, she has built extensive experience across the full spectrum of event types we offer, developing a strong understanding of both XSEM and our clients.

Her role involves managing projects from concept through to delivery, overseeing every stage of the process to ensure experiences are delivered seamlessly and successfully. Working across both UK and international programmes, Nicole is responsible for coordinating clients, budgets, suppliers and project teams, balancing strategy with meticulous attention to detail.

One of Nicole’s proudest achievements has been leading XSEM’s largest overseas incentive programme for three consecutive years and continuing to drive its success into a fourth year.

Outside of XSEM

Outside of work, Nicole has a genuine passion for food and is always on the lookout for her next great dining experience. Whether she’s hosting friends and family at home or exploring new restaurants, discovering different flavours and cuisines is one of her favourite ways to spend her time.
