Kristy Hogan joined XSEM as Head of Venues in July 2026, bringing with her a wealth of experience built over more than 20 years in the events industry. Having started her career in 2003, she has developed a strong reputation within the venue sourcing sector, where her extensive knowledge of hotels, venues and supplier networks has become a key strength.
In her role, Kristy leads XSEM’s venue strategy and supports clients in finding the right locations to deliver impactful events and experiences. Her passion for venues is matched by her commitment to building strong supplier relationships, creating partnerships that help ensure clients receive exceptional service and access to the best possible solutions.
Alongside her venue expertise, Kristy contributes strategic insight to the continued growth of the business. Her commercial awareness, industry knowledge and collaborative approach enable her to balance client objectives with practical event requirements, helping to deliver successful outcomes across a wide range of projects.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys spending time walking and hiking in the countryside. Whether exploring local trails or discovering new landscapes, she values the opportunity to switch off, stay active and enjoy the outdoors. Walking also provides a chance to recharge and embrace new surroundings.
