Bio & notable achievements

Emily joined XSEM in August 2026 as a Project Co-ordinator, bringing valuable experience from the hospitality and events sector. Before joining the team, she worked within a hotel environment where she was responsible for planning events, conferences and group bookings, giving her a strong understanding of both client expectations and venue operations.

In her role at XSEM, Emily supports the successful delivery of a wide range of projects, working closely with clients, venues and suppliers to ensure every detail is carefully managed. Her background in event planning has equipped her with excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once while maintaining a high standard of service.

Outside of XSEM

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with a good book and making the most of the outdoors. She particularly enjoys walking and exploring new places, using the opportunity to unwind and recharge away from busy project schedules. Emily also values spending quality time with friends, whether that is catching up over a meal, enjoying local activities or planning new adventures together.
