Ella Poli

Ella joined XSEM in January 2026 as a Creative Artworker, bringing a strong blend of design expertise, technical knowledge and attention to detail. Holding a degree in Product Design, she has always enjoyed turning ideas into well-crafted visual solutions that communicate effectively and leave a lasting impression.

She began her career as a Graphics Trainee at a packaging branding agency, where she developed a solid understanding of brand application, artwork creation and the importance of consistency in design. She then progressed into an Artworker role at a commercial printing company in Manchester, gaining valuable experience in print production and learning how to prepare artwork to the highest production standards.

At XSEM, Ella creates a wide range of artwork across both print and digital formats, helping bring creative concepts to life for clients and projects across the business. Her expertise in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, combined with her meticulous approach and understanding of production processes, enables her to deliver accurate, high-quality work that supports the wider creative team and enhances the final client experience.

Outside of XSEM

Outside of work, Ella enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the natural world. A keen visitor of aquariums and marine attractions, she has a particular interest in sea life and enjoys learning more about different species and environments. She also enjoys going for walks, whether that’s exploring new routes, spending time in nature or simply taking the opportunity to unwind and recharge.
