Bio & notable achievements

Beata joined XSEM in February 2022 and has been building her finance career since 2014. She began her professional journey in a small accounting practice before gaining valuable experience within the manufacturing sector, where she spent three years developing her expertise in financial accounting and operational finance.

As Finance Control Manager, Beata is responsible for a broad range of financial activities that support the smooth running of our business. Her role includes day-to-day accounting, preparing key financial reports such as balance sheets and budgets, managing prepayments and accruals, and carrying out VAT return reconciliations. Over time, she has increasingly focused on financial controlling, partnering with teams across the business to provide valuable financial insight and support informed decision-making.

Beata has a particular passion for financial analysis and enjoys working with complex data to identify trends, improve processes and enhance business performance. Her strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and mathematical skills enable her to deliver accurate reporting and meaningful financial intelligence.

Outside of XSEM

Outside of work, Beata enjoys activities that allow her to relax, recharge and explore new experiences. She is passionate about cooking and cycling, both of which provide a welcome balance to her professional life. Travelling is another major interest, particularly when it offers the opportunity to immerse herself in local culture, history and everyday life. Rather than simply seeking a beach holiday, she enjoys discovering new destinations, learning about different communities and gaining a deeper understanding of how people live around the world.
