Amy Wheeler joined XSEM in November 2023 as a Finance Assistant, bringing with her a wealth of operational and commercial experience gained since entering the industry in 2012. Before moving into finance, Amy spent seven years working within operations and managing loyalty programmes, giving her a strong understanding of the wider business and the importance of delivering value for clients.
Amy plays a key role in maintaining the smooth running of the company’s day-to-day financial activities. Her responsibilities include supporting cashflow management, closing jobs each month and working closely with the operations team to provide financial support across a range of events and projects.
Amy is recognised for her problem-solving approach, meticulous attention to detail and team-focused mindset. Always willing to lend a hand, she is a valued member of the team who helps ensure processes run efficiently and financial information remains accurate and up to date.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending quality time with her family and making the most of opportunities to relax and recharge together. She is also an enthusiastic reader and has a genuine passion for books and storytelling. Her love of reading is rooted in the belief that everyone can develop an enjoyment of books when they find stories that truly engage them.
