Amy joined XSEM in August 2023 as a Project Coordinator, bringing with her a broad range of experience gained across several customer-focused industries. Before joining the events sector, she worked as a dancer, cabin crew member and estate agent, developing strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills throughout each role.

Her varied professional background has given her a unique perspective when managing projects and supporting clients. Amy thrives in fast-paced environments where attention to detail is essential and enjoys ensuring that every element of a project runs smoothly. Her natural ability to connect with people, combined with a proactive and organised approach, allows her to deliver a positive experience for both clients and colleagues.

Outside of XSEM

Outside of work, Amy is a dedicated Pilates enthusiast. Whether it is Reformer Pilates, Hot Pilates, Barre or Mat Pilates, she enjoys staying active and making movement a regular part of her routine. Pilates provides a balance of strength, focus and wellbeing, and she loves exploring different styles and classes whenever she can.
