PPG: Vizion Kinetic Exhibition Stand
PPG needed a small but effective 5m x 3m stand build design for the Kinect Vizion Exhibition. As a Gold Sponsor, they wanted an exhibition stand design that could show off their technology, including PPG LINQ and the Moonwalk, while keeping everything organised and easy to navigate.
Small stand, big impact.
We handled the whole exhibition stand design project, from planning to on-site setup. We created 3D visuals to plan where everything would go, including the larger demonstration equipment.
A lightbox back wall was added to give the stand structure and display product information.
We also managed all the practical stuff: health and safety, budgets, suppliers, branded items and working with the venue and Vizion sponsorship team.

Seamless on site
The exhibition stand design was built at Telford International Centre on 3–4 September. XSEM took care of rigging and de-rigging, making sure everything ran smoothly.
An iTab at the front let the PPG team show off their LINQ technology interactively without cluttering the stand. Clever storage solutions kept branded items neatly tucked away. Good venue access made setup and breakdown straightforward.
10/10 for project delivery
We managed to fit everything into the small exhibition stand design while keeping it practical and informative.
The PPG team could focus on talking to visitors rather than worrying about logistics. They gave the project a 10/10 for support and delivery.
Internally, it was a great example of creative and operations teams working closely to deliver a stand that looked good, worked well and stayed on budget.
