Victoria joined XSEM in November 2022 after a successful 20-year career in retail management, bringing extensive leadership experience, commercial awareness and a people-first approach to the business. After making the move into the MICE industry, she quickly established herself as a valued member of the team.
As Office Operations Manager, Victoria works across a wide range of responsibilities that help keep the business running efficiently. She is a confident communicator who collaborates closely with colleagues and managers, building strong relationships and helping to foster a supportive and productive workplace culture.
Victoria is also a passionate advocate for employee wellbeing. She takes pride in creating an environment where people feel supported, valued and motivated, and is always willing to get involved in initiatives that bring the team together.
Outside of XSEM
Outside of work, Victoria has a passion for live music, with a particular love for country music and the atmosphere that comes with seeing artists perform live. She is also an avid reader and proudly describes herself as a bookworm, enjoying the opportunity to unwind with a good book whenever she can. Food is another major interest, and she loves discovering new restaurants, flavours and dining experiences.
