Bio & notable achievements
Ruby Waterhouse is a Project Coordinator at XSEM who has rapidly built a diverse skill set across event delivery, stakeholder management and event technology since entering the industry in 2024. Having joined XSEM in July 2024, she began her journey within the Travel and Rewards team as a Rewards Executive, where she established a strong foundation in delegate management, registration website builds and supplier coordination.
Since moving into her current role, Ruby has expanded her expertise by managing a wider range of suppliers, liaising with venues and developing increasingly sophisticated registration platforms to support event delivery. Her ability to balance technical, operational and customer-facing responsibilities has enabled her to contribute really well to projects of varying scale and complexity.
Working closely with Project Managers, Ruby supports every stage of the event lifecycle, from initial proposals and planning through to on-site delivery. Known for her efficiency, creativity and commitment to providing exceptional service, she enjoys being part of the collaborative process that transforms ideas into memorable experiences. As her experience continues to grow, she looks forward to managing her own projects and further developing her expertise across a wide range of event formats.
Outside of XSEM
Outside of work, Ruby has a passion for fine art and enjoys exploring creativity beyond the events industry. Whether visiting galleries, discovering new artists or developing her understanding of different artistic styles and mediums, she appreciates the inspiration and perspective that art brings. Her appreciation for creativity influences both her personal interests and professional approach, helping her bring fresh ideas and a thoughtful perspective to the projects she supports.
