Bio & notable achievements

Nicole Woodcock joined XSEM in October 2017 and is a Project Director responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale events and projects from initial concept through to final execution. Since entering the events industry in 2010, she has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality experiences while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, suppliers and project teams.

Throughout her career, Nicole has worked across a broad range of events, including huge trade shows, conferences, incentive programmes, brand activations and golf events. Her experience spans multiple sectors, including retail, drinks, construction, manufacturing, automotive and pharmaceutical, giving her a well-rounded understanding of varying client requirements and audiences.

Nicole combines operational expertise with a collaborative leadership style, bringing people together to solve challenges and ensure every detail is delivered to the highest standard. She enjoys finding creative solutions, developing long-term partnerships and creating memorable experiences that deliver genuine value for clients. Outside of XSEM

Outside of work, Nicole has a passion for travel and enjoys exploring new destinations whenever she gets the opportunity. One of her favourite ways to experience a new place is through its food and drink culture, particularly by seeking out and sampling local red wines from around the world.
