Megan Walters joined XSEM in June 2017 and is Senior Marketing Manager, responsible for leading the agency’s marketing function and supporting the continued growth and development of the business. Having worked in the industry since 2014, she brings a strong blend of strategic marketing expertise, customer insight and creative thinking to both internal and client-focused initiatives.

Her specialist areas include customer engagement strategy, brand storytelling and campaign development. Megan works closely with clients to understand customer behaviours, sales trends and commercial objectives, transforming insight into targeted campaigns, loyalty programmes and live experiences that encourage engagement and drive behavioural change

Alongside her client responsibilities, Megan works with XSEM’s board to strengthen the company’s brand, support team growth and champion continuous improvement across the business. She also plays a key role in developing the agency’s customer engagement proposition, mentoring team members and helping to shape future opportunities.

Outside of work, sport plays a huge part in Megan’s life. A passionate sports fan, she enjoys watching almost any sporting event and is a dedicated supporter of Nottingham Forest, regularly attending matches whenever she can. Her competitive spirit extends beyond the stands, as captain of a netball team where she thrives on teamwork, leadership and a healthy challenge.
