As a Project Manager, she specialises in stand builds and fast-turnaround event delivery, combining strategic thinking, adaptability and experience to achieve exceptional results.

More than 15 years of experience in the events industry, having started her career in 2008.

Kirstie is a Project Manager at XSEM with a wealth of industry experience and a strong track record of delivering successful events, exhibitions and stand build projects. Having entered the events industry in 2008 and joined XSEM in October 2023, she brings knowledge, commercial awareness and a practical approach to every project she manages.

Kirstie thrives in fast-paced environments, where her organisation, adaptability and solutions-focused mindset enable her to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining the highest standards. She enjoys building strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and working collaboratively to bring ideas to life through engaging event experiences.

Kirstie is skilled at coordinating delivery teams, managing multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities to ensure projects are completed successfully. Her broad industry experience, combined with a commitment to delivering value for clients, makes her a trusted and dependable member of our team.

Outside of XSEM

Outside of work, Kirstie enjoys spending time with her dog, Tutsie, who is often her companion on long walks and outdoor adventures.

She also loves socialising with friends and making time for the people closest to her, whether that’s meeting up for meals, days out or special occasions.
