Harriet Woodward is a Project Manager at XSEM who brings creativity, organisation and a solutions-focused approach to every project she delivers. Having started her career in the events industry in 2019 and joined XSEM in January 2022, she has developed broad experience across conferences, exhibitions, hospitality events and incentive travel programmes.
Passionate about bringing ideas to life, Harriet enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to transform concepts into engaging and memorable experiences. Her expertise spans delegate management, event coordination and project delivery, with a particular strength in ensuring every detail is carefully planned and executed. Known for her calm, can-do attitude, she thrives under pressure and enjoys finding practical solutions that help events run seamlessly.
Alongside her event delivery responsibilities, Harriet is passionate about sustainability and is proud to be part of XSEM’s ESG working group. She contributes to initiatives that support responsible business practices while helping to create positive outcomes for clients, attendees and the wider community.
Outside of XSEM
Outside of work, Harriet enjoys bouldering and embraces the challenge, focus and problem-solving that the sport requires. Whether she’s tackling a new route at an indoor climbing centre or working towards a personal goal, she enjoys the balance of physical activity and mental challenge that bouldering provides. It offers a great opportunity to switch off from the fast-paced world of events, stay active and spend time with friends.
