Since joining XSEM in May 2022, Chelsea Wallis has brought more than a decade of events industry experience to the team. As a Senior Project Manager, she specialises in delivering exhibitions, gala dinners and deal-focused events.

Chelsea Wallis is a Senior Project Manager at XSEM with over 10 years of experience in the events industry. Since joining XSEM in May 2022, she has played an important role in delivering impactful national and international events, helping clients bring ambitious ideas to life.

Drawing on a background that includes both the events sector and membership and association organisations, Chelsea has developed great expertise across every stage of the event lifecycle. Her experience spans exhibitions, gala dinners and deal-focused events, with responsibility for managing budgets, venues, suppliers, logistics, event technology and on-site operations.

Known for her calm and organised approach, Chelsea works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard. She takes pride in building strong relationships, understanding client objectives and creating engaging experiences that leave a lasting impression. Alongside delivering exceptional events, she enjoys supporting colleagues’ development and fostering a collaborative team environment that enables everyone to succeed.

Outside of XSEM

Outside of work, Chelsea is passionate about music and is always on the lookout for new artists and tracks to add to her ever-growing Spotify playlists. She enjoys discovering emerging talent, attending live music events and finding inspiration through different genres and sounds.

When she is not exploring new music, Chelsea loves spending time outdoors looking for new walking routes to enjoy. Many of her adventures are shared with her dog Winnie, who is often by her side as she explores local trails, countryside paths and scenic spots, helping her switch off, recharge and enjoy the fresh air.
