XSEM Limited is inviting suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for the design, development and delivery of a scalable web-based platform and iOS/Android device applications. The project will form a critical part of our digital infrastructure and must be robust, secure, and designed for future growth.
Purpose of the Tender
The purpose of this tender is to appoint a development partner capable of delivering a high-quality web application that meets the functional and technical requirements outlined in this document.
We are seeking a supplier who can demonstrate strong technical capability, sound delivery methodology, and experience building complex, secure platforms.
Scope of Work

The Rewards Portal Platform & Device App is designed to be licensed to companies seeking to increase sales of their products through structured, incentive-led programmes.
The platform provides an end-to-end system for managing incentivised sales activity. It enables participating companies to define sales targets, monitor and report on sales performance, and reward customers who achieve agreed outcomes.
