Health & Safety Exhibition Stand
When Arco approached us to design and deliver their exhibition stand at the Health and Safety Exhibition at the NEC, they had a clear vision: to elevate their presence above competitors, draw in visitors, and create an engaging space that communicated their extensive range of health and safety solutions. The objective wasn’t just to look impressive, it was to deliver a brand experience that resonated. They wanted meeting areas, innovation zones, and a clear evolution from their previous year’s stand.
The approach
From day one, we immersed ourselves in Arco’s brand and objectives. Our creative process began with discovery, understanding the brief, the audience, and what would make a genuine impact. We moved from early concept sketches to detailed 3D modelling, which played a big role in aligning the design with functionality. The 3D walkthroughs allowed Arco to experience the stand virtually before it was built, streamlining decision-making and highlighting opportunities for refinement.
The space was designed not just to stand out, but to flow, visually and physically. Instead of creating something to be observed from the outside, we built an environment that delegates could walk through and engage with. Innovation zones invited hands-on product interaction, and the stand encouraged conversation, exploration, and connection. We’ve since evolved our process to include 4D modelling, giving clients an even more immersive experience during pre-build planning.

The experience
Operationally, the project was very complex, the NEC is a high-traffic venue with tight schedules and strict logistical requirements. Our experience in large-scale builds really came in to play!
We worked closely with venue staff, suppliers, contractors, and Arco’s own team to keep everything moving smoothly. Our collaborative approach and strong communication ensured that every element, from AV integration to lighting and product placement, was delivered exactly as envisioned.
Our team was on-site throughout, managing installation and overseeing every detail. We provided complete end-to-end support, allowing Arco to stay focused on exhibition attendees while we handled the execution.
