Founded in 2003, the business has developed from hospitality and golf events through to a full service agency, sat amongst the top 30 in the UK. We’re a team of creative and strategic thinkers, driving results through consultancy, creativity, and experiences.
We’re proud of what we do, the business we support and the clients we now call our friends. Our aim is to build XSEM into a C&IT top 20 agency, whilst ensuring it remains a fun, responsible, and inspiring place to work.
Work-life balance
- Flexible working with 3 compulsory days in the office per week
- 22 days annual leave per year, plus the opportunity to roll 2 days over from the previous year
- An additional 3 days off between Christmas and New Year

Looking after your family
- As well as the statutory maternity pay, we also offer a top-up scheme to increase your maternity pay to 100% of of your per-month salary for the first 12 weeks of maternity leave
- Supporting our team through their hardest moments, paid compassionate leave can be taken after loss
- Attend your antenatal appointments easily with paid time off
- New fathers are given a paternity allowance of 2 weeks at 100% pay
Health & wellness
- All of our team members have a Level 1 Sovereign Healthcare plan, entitling them to claim cash allowances back on medical treatment
- Our employee assistance plan includes a 24/7 advice line to support with a range of topics both personal and work related
- The Sovereign Healthcare plan entitles staff to private GP telephone appointments, as well as 8 free counselling sessions
