Nisa Gala Dinner


In 2022, Nisa hosted its annual live expo at Stoneleigh Agricultural Centre after a two-year pandemic break. XSEM worked with Nisa and its suppliers to create an unforgettable experience and ensure a successful return to live events.

The journey:

The Nisa Expo brings Nisa, customers and suppliers together under one roof for two days of insight, understanding and networking. It is a way for businesses to generate revenue, build on strong relations with like-minded individuals and celebrate success. 


The project began eight months before the live days, with XSEM and Nisa working together to curate an exciting experience. For the first time, we created a bespoke event app enabling more frequent communications in the lead up to the live days. 

This was crucial given the anticipation around the return to live events.

We also had to continuously push the bar with innovation, creativity, and industry-leading offerings to fill the 7500sqm room with valuable content that would entice and engage the audience.


The Nisa Expo is one of the most highly regarded exhibitions in the industry, attracting 1,500+ attendees and 200 exhibitors each year.

The live event ran over two days, with an extravagant gala dinner on the evening of night one. The evening's awards, hosted by Nisa's CEO, recognised significant industry achievements over the last 12-months.


On day 2, local food banks joined the event to collect any surplus produce from the show and distributed it to those in need, in the local area.

The results:

The combined efforts of everyone involved resulted in an increased volume of main stage insight sessions and increased engagement with customers. The live experience had been missed over recent years and attendees really benefited from live interactions with like-minded individuals.

Overall, the Nisa Expo was a resounding success and demonstrated the power of partnerships and effective event planning to drive growth and establish customer loyalty.
