For 15 years, we have worked with Nisa to host their annual live expo at Stoneleigh Agricultural Centre. The Nisa Expo is one of the most highly regarded exhibitions in the industry, attracting 1,500+ attendees and 200 exhibitors each year.
The Nisa Expo brings Nisa, customers and suppliers together under one roof for two days of insight, understanding and networking, accompanied by an astounding gala dinner. It is a way for businesses to generate revenue, build on strong relations with like-minded individuals and celebrate success.
A long-term, tech-driven planning approach to deliver a seamless, high-impact event experience
The planning process commences almost a year before the live days, with XSEM and Nisa working together to curate an exciting experience.
In recent years, we have created a bespoke event app enabling more frequent communications both at the event itself and in the lead up to the live days. Another key innovation at the Nisa Expo is our custom-built deals portal, designed to streamline and enhance the ordering process for retailers and suppliers alike. The platform supports multiple deal types, from bulk discounts to exclusive show offers, giving suppliers the flexibility to showcase their best promotions.
We also built-in a full pre-event strategic communications plan to drive engagement and registrations in the 6 months prior to the event, drip-feeding important and engaging messaging.
Throughout the planning process our experienced team co-ordinates over 200 supplier stands, as well as ensuring the delegate experience is seamless.
We had to continuously push the bar with innovation, creativity, and industry-leading offerings to fill the 7500sqm room with valuable content that would entice and engage the audience.
The live event runs over two days, with an extravagant gala dinner on the evening of night one. The evening’s awards, hosted by Nisa’s CEO, recognised significant industry achievements over the last 12-months. On day 2 of the exhibition, local food banks join the event to collect any surplus produce from the show and distributed it to those in need, in the local area.
Utilising the deals platform, retailers can effortlessly browse, select, and secure deals in real-time, with immediate reporting functionality providing instant visibility on orders placed. This not only improves efficiency but also ensures accuracy, reducing manual errors and enabling better decision-making for both parties. By integrating this technology, we’ve transformed the way deals are managed at the expo, driving greater engagement and sales.
