A select group of customers are hand-picked to participate in this fantastic programme, designed to increase customer spend in different categories, increasing profit for the organisation and rewarding loyalty.
The concept:
We began by conducting research on the organisation, understanding their goals, and defining clear objectives. From this we built a strategy centred on achieving these objectives.
Underpinned by a comprehensive marketing plan and executed via a bespoke web-platform, this full end-to-end rewards solution energises customers, changes buying behaviour and provides pinpoint precision
analytics identifying further opportunities for client.

The customer experience:
Customers were hand-picked based on relevant criteria. Each year, they were sent a bespoke invite to join the scheme which included information on how to register, log in details and information on how to track their progress.
Throughout each scheme, customers were sent regular communications about their progress to encourage them to hit their target.
As the scheme period came to an end, select groups of customers were targeted to receive custom communications depending on how they were tracking towards their target spend.
Customers who qualified were sent a link to redeem their reward. They were contacted by our experienced rewards fulfilment team to arrange everything on their behalf.
