Plug in to Pro AV
Plug in to Pro AV was a brand new event and we were looking to take it to market with an impact! The exhibition was dedicated to showcasing the very best AV products and solutions from some of the largest and most innovative companies in the market.
How we did it
Exertis are one of the UK&I’s largest technology distribution and specialist service providers, with over 700 global technology brands in their remit.
With massive technology companies in attendance, we wanted to give everyone an event to remember. We changed the layout of our exhibition from a standard format to embedding the conference within the expo hall, with a centre stage as the main focal point. This ensured everyone remained in the hall throughout, people could easily drop into breakout sessions and the silent-disco headsets were a novelty for attendees.
To reduce our waste at the event, we utilised the event website as an event hub. There were QR codes positioned around the building for attendees to scan and monitor the agenda, view a virtual floor plan, scan and download content from stands.
