We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Project Manager to join our award-winning brand engagement agency.
As Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end life cycle of client events. From concept through to final closure, you will be responsible for supplier contracting, budget management, logistics, onsite delivery and client management.
You should be an independent individual with the experience to deliver outstanding results via a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
Handle client briefs, proposals, and act as main client contact
Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers; approve final contracts
Oversee event logistics, venues, and delegate management
Manage budgets, deadlines and ensure safety/risk compliance
Lead on-site inspections, meetings, and event delivery
Produce event materials and handle post-event reporting & debriefs
Track SLAs/KPIs, review processes, and mentor project coordinators
Bursting with creativity, enthusiasm and ambition
Hardworking, honest and oozing with initiative
Proven project management skills
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to challenge the norm, provide creative solutions and problem solve
In-depth experience of agency life
Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Golf Project Manager Vacancy
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Golf Project Manager to join our award-winning brand engagement agency.
As Golf Project Manager, you will work with our global clients on concept creation, venue sourcing, event format, through to delivering our golf experiences. Ensuring continual high levels of customer excellence so that ongoing business development is second nature to you.
You will be delivering national tournaments, overseas experiences and corporate golf days.
Plan and deliver the annual golf schedule, ensuring high-quality execution
Lead on-site management of UK and international golf events
Manage event budgets and maintain financial accountability
Oversee contracts and supplier agreements, including sourcing and negotiation
Apply strong knowledge of world-class golf venues to enhance event delivery
Manage event logistics, including equipment transport, loading/unloading, and course signage setup
Proven experiencewithin the golf industry, either as a qualified golf professional or in golf event management, with a strong appetite for new challenges
Flexible and adaptable, with an understanding that event delivery requires travel and non-standard working hours
Strong knowledge of golf rules, formats, and tournament operations, with the confidence to resolve queries on-site
Exceptional client and customer service focus, committed to delivering outstanding golf experiencesHighly organised andstructured, capable of managing multiple events simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
A minimum of 3 yearsexperience in an event project management role
