OVERVIEW:

Four months into the pandemic, our client recognised an immediate need to drive business and win share of wallet. They asked for our help and we got to work!

How we did it

By sharing data, we were able to analyse and map out a comprehensive plan of how we could increase market share, deliver sales and build brand loyalty, even in the current climate. We then created and launched their bespoke rewards scheme in three weeks.

Mid scheme, here is a little overview so far;

  • The programme was launched to c.10k lapsed trade customers.

  • We built a bespoke smart portal enabling the customers to: view all rewards and levels; track their sales progress; alert them when they qualify and; select and redeem their reward.

  • Rewards are redeemed via the portal enabling customers to select their choice of reward providing a streamlined process.

  • Creation of c.240k bespoke communications over 4 months.

  • Rewards are a combination of top spec tools, gifts, gadgets and experiences. All of which are fulfilled in-house.

  • On track to deliver c. 500k+ profit
