Ssssh, it’s our secret!
Want to know how we’re helping our clients succeed with virtual events?
Here’s our top 3 secret ingredients…
1: Pre-event production
Like any event, we’ve got your back from start to finish. From the brand identity, floorplan creation and virtual stand design to agenda development, speaker liaison, delegate support and budget management – you name it, we’ll do it.
There is a reason our success rate is so high, we really can deliver it all. We’ll provide stage sets, organise live filming, train speakers, provide session facilitators, produce motion graphics plus so much more. Impressive right?
2: Online portal
The entire experience is accessed through one single, high tech, beautifully designed online portal.
The portal has individual logins for exhibitors, attendees, presenters, moderators and technical staff. Not only does this allow the event to be run effectively, it allows a bespoke experience for every individual through smart, tailored content.
Most importantly, no additional software is required whatsoever. All your attendees need is a simple web browser and internet access.
And you can say goodbye to post-event breakdown…
3: Producer and vision mixer
We’re with you every step of the way to make sure your event runs seamlessly.
Your very own event producer will be responsible for assisting attendees, communicating with moderators and guiding presenters.
You’ll also have a vision mixer, who’s job is to take the live streams of the presenters and cut between them to create an engaging live show. They can add graphics to the screen (such as straplines and bullet points) to help to tell the story of the presentation.
So really, all you have to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the show.
