Overview:

The Molson Coors Commercial Conference, ‘Winning Together 2024’, was an insightful and fun event bringing together all corners of the Molson Coors Beverage Company for 2 days of collaboration and insight.


The objective of the day was to elevate the conference from previous years, creating a feeling of ‘one team’ by gathering all areas of the business together for the first conference of its kind.

The concept:

The conference aimed to help employees understand others’ roles in the business and supported attendees in conversations to find out more about each other. With 21 breakout sessions taking place across the 2 days, attendees were given ample opportunity to collaborate and come together as one team. We created a creative identity for the event that carried through all pre-event communications as well as onsite branding across Telford International.

The experience:

Day 1 kicked off with a dynamic senior leadership team meeting that set the stage for the day. There were plenty of opportunities for networking and relationship-building, with lunch areas covered in Molson Coors Beverage Company branding to encourage attendees to take a seat and mingle. The day flowed seamlessly from plenary sessions to breakout discussions, each moment designed to deepen connections and spark meaningful conversations.

The experience:

On Day 2, attendees found themselves in breakout rooms with new faces, exchanging new ideas and perspectives. Keynote speakers were also a fantastic addition to the day, inspiring attendees to reach new heights together. Our host was comedian, presenter and actor, Patrick Kielty, who ensured the on-stage sessions ran smoothly throughout.

 

Creative touches brought this event to life, from eye-catching stage graphics to a fully customised app, every detail was consistent with the event branding. The 12m wide LED screen was a showstopper, displaying vibrant custom graphics designed by our in-house team both throughout the day sessions and in the awards evening.

The results:

‘Winning Together’ exceeded all expectations, with 90% of attendees finding the content relevant and useful. Attendees left feeling more connected, inspired and ready to take on future challenges as a united team. The panel discussions were a highlight, sparking important conversations about inclusion, support and innovation.


It was a pleasure to bring our client’s vision to life through creative conceptualisation, meticulous planning and execution. This event has served as a catalyst for positive change and collaboration throughout our client’s business.
