The Brief

Samsung approached us with a brief to redefine the traditional golf day, by making it more inclusive and engaging for a broader audience. The goal was to increase participation among non-golfers, while still delivering a high-end experience befitting their brand. The event needed to reflect a strong focus on health, wellbeing, and inclusivity while creating ample opportunities for meaningful client interactions.

The Approach

We designed a premium event that went beyond the standard golf day. We selected a luxurious venue for an elite golfing experience, complete with personalised touches, high-quality gifts, and a focus on digital integration throughout to elevate the attendee experience.

 

To address the inclusivity goal, we curated a diverse range of activities, including active and wellness-focused options, ensuring everyone, regardless of golfing ability, could enjoy the day. Spa treatments, activity stations, and expert golf support for non-golfers rounded out the event.

 

A comprehensive communication strategy kept invitees informed and excited, with reminders and clear instructions to ensure smooth registration and high attendance.​​

The Experience

Every detail of the event was carefully designed to create a seamless and memorable experience. From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted with impeccable organisation and thoughtful touches that reflected the high standards of both the venue and the Samsung brand.

Highlights included:

  • Golf participation: A full roster of 72 players created a balanced competition across 18 teams.

  • Diverse activities: For non-golfers, spa treatments and wellness activities were equally engaging, ensuring all attendees felt valued and included.

  • Supportive environment: XSEM staff provided guidance and assistance throughout the day, from helping non-golfers feel confident on the course to managing schedules and answering questions.

The Results

The event achieved remarkable success, meeting and exceeding all objectives:
