Overview:

XSEM partnered with Group1 to deliver a dynamic and engaging two-day conference at Telford International Centre. Under the theme "1 Way to Win," the event brought together delegates for an insightful main plenary, networking opportunities, and an evening awards dinner on Day 1, followed by a series of in-depth breakout sessions on Day 2.

 

We went beyond logistics to serve as true partners in event execution. From content development to overall event structure, we collaborated closely with key stakeholders to ensure every element aligned with the company goals.

Shaping the event

We developed a bespoke event identity centred around the "1 Way to Win" theme. This identity was consistently applied throughout all aspects of the conference, including print and digital signage. Engaging and high-energy motion graphics were developed for the main plenary sessions, as well a separate identity and bespoke visuals for the evening awards ceremony.

From the outset, we collaborated as strategic partners, working closely with breakout leaders and main stage presenters to shape their content and refine their messaging. Through collaborative meetings, we provided guidance on presentation flow, audience engagement strategies, and key themes to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience. Beyond individual sessions, we played a crucial role in structuring the content of the entire day, ensuring a logical progression that kept attendees engaged and aligned with the event’s objectives. By taking an active role in content development, we elevated our involvement beyond logistics, helping to craft a compelling narrative that maximised the event’s impact.

The experience

The event ran exceptionally smoothly, providing attendees with a seamless and engaging experience. The main plenary, built around the "1 Way to Win" theme, set the stage for key business discussions and allowed for networking opportunities across the business. The evening awards dinner was a highlight, enhanced by high-quality motion graphics that added an extra layer of prestige.

On the second day, attendees participated in insightful and interactive breakout sessions, allowing them to delve deeper into critical business topics in a more focused setting.

The results
