Nycomm asked us to run their first ever sales incentive and conference – Nimans Elite – which would be delivered in collaboration with four of their partners, Samsung, Sennheiser, Unify and Yealink.
Nimans Elite Incentive Trip
We planned and delivered an overseas trip and conference for 12 of the strongest sales performers from across the four partner groups. The trip included a conference and awards ceremony, as well as a three-day activity programme to celebrate and reward the winners.
Prior to the trip, we delivered monthly branded email updates to all the incentive scheme participants.
Nycomm found that their sales improved and even generated new business from the trip. They were so pleased that they have planned to go ahead with another incentive scheme soon.
