Overview:
Our client recognised an immediate need to drive business and win share of wallet. They asked for our help and we got to work!
The concept:
By sharing data, we were able to analyse and map out a comprehensive plan of how we could increase market share, deliver sales and build brand loyalty, even in the current climate. We then created and launched their bespoke rewards scheme in three weeks.

Customer experience:
The programme was launched to c.10k lapsed trade customers who were able to view all rewards and levels, track their sales progress and qualify through a bespoke smart portal. Providing a streamlined process when redeeming their reward.
Rewards were a combination of top spec tools, gifts, gadgets and experiences, all of which are fulfilled in-house.
