Home of Choice challenged us to produce an original incentive day for a party of their top performers. Our XSEM Solutions Team worked closely with the client to deliver a bespoke incentive day that surpassed the standards set at previous Choice Elite events.
XSEM took the group to Oxford where they relaxed in the comfort of Oxford's 5* Macdonald Randolph, in the heart of the city.
The event was held in the stunning setting of Blenheim Palace where XSEM secured exclusive hire of The Orangery. Guests took part in a competitive cooking day and learnt new culinary skills under the guidance of Chef Stein Smart. The group were split into teams with each team preparing, cooking and serving a course, culminating in a 3 course lunch for all to enjoy. The meal was accompanied by specially selected wine that complimented each individual course. After a full day of cooking the guests then experienced what the best in the business can achieve at Raymond Blanc's iconic Michelin starred restaurant - Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.
