CAMP HILL ACTIVITY DAY

XSEM is proud to present an activity day that will reward and challenge you and your guests. The event will combine luxury transfers, a modern and exclusive hotel and one of the best run activity centres anywhere in the UK. From the moment guests are picked up in their luxury vehicles they are promised to have a memorable and challenging day.

Guests will be collected from their own offices where they will be met by a chauffeur for their transfer to Camp Hill. As they approach the Camp HIll estate up the winding drive guests will immediately be impressed by the imposing setting of the estate. Once at Camp Hill, guests will settle in with some light refreshments before being divided into teams for the days tasks. guests will break for lunch where they will be treated to a gourmet BBQ in the relaxing setting of the orangery.

As the activities draw to a close, guests will enjoy an awards ceremony with a champagne reception before being transported to the stunning Hotel Du Vin in Harrogate. Guests can sit back and relax in the back of the vehicles with a glass of champagne as they enjoy the short 30 minute transfer to the hotel. Guests will check in and freshen up before enjoying a private dinner in the hotel. Post dinner guests are free to enjoy the hotel bar or sample the various bars Harrogate has to offer.

FRIDAY

Guests picked up from offices to be at Camp Hill at 11.00

11:00 Guests arrive at Camp Hill for tea and coffee
11:30 Activities commence
13:30 BBQ Lunch
14:30 Afternoon activities
17:30 Awards ceremony
18:15 Guests arrive and check into hotel
19:30 Evening meal followed by drinks in the bar and possible night out in Harrogate.

SATURDAY

10.00 Guests transported back to their offices.

HOTEL DU VIN, HARROGATE

Created from a row of eight Georgian styled houses, Hotel du Vin Harrogate comprises 43 bedrooms and airy loft suites, and a trademark Bistro.

Located close to the centre of the historic spa town, the hotel overlooks the 200-acre common, The Stray, and offers a cellar snug, and in the summer months, al fresco dining in the courtyard, all complemented by our unique relaxed style of hospitality.

THE BAR

The extensive and eclectic wine list is a key feature of the hotel, including an impressive array by the glass. Head barman, Clement Sargeni and any of his team, will be happy to give friendly, knowledgeable advice on wines or cigars at the bar.

THE CHAMPAGNE AND CLARET BAR

In addition to an incredible brand selection of whiskies, cognacs, armagnacs, rums, bourbons and countless other fine spirits, the bar features a Cruvinet wine machine. Manufactured in the US, the machines are the largest in the UK. The Cruvinet dispenses eight white and eight red wines drawn directly from our cellar.

BISTRO

The Bistro offers a menu rooted in classic European cuisine with a contemporary edge. Here you will find “simple classics” that change seasonally, with head chef, Tom van Zeller, adding his own selections daily, all supporting the philosophy of using the finest and freshest local produce, cooked simply, priced sensibly. The extensive and eclectic wine list is a key feature of the hotel. Head sommelier, Nicolas Jacquemin, and his team are always happy to give friendly, knowledgeable advice.
