Experienced Staff

XSEM is passionate about golf, the two founders previously worked for a golf agent representing a stable of young golfers including a Ryder Cup player. Our in depth knowledge and obsession for the sport makes us perfectly placed to run a company golf day. From venue sourcing, event format, scoring method right through to implementation, our team work tirelessly to deliver an event from a golfer's perspective. Our vast experience means we can deliver any size of event ranging from a select group of VIPs to an international tournament.

Pre Event

Pre event XSEM work with the client to develop a bespoke golf event tailored to the client's specific requirements. XSEM gain full knowledge of the clients business and invited guests so that we can deliver an event that meets the targets of the client and gives an enhanced experience for the guests.

Early planning meeting will decide:
• Geographic split of guests
• Course selection
• Company branded merchandise and clothing
• Prizes
• Event catering

Golf Day Management

On the day of the event the XSEM team will:
• Arrive early to set up any company branding, this may include but not be limited to:
o Branded Tee markers
o Branded Flags
o Company course signage
o Branded registration desk
o Branded direction signage for guests

• Set up the reception area and the scoring board

• Have staff on hand to direct guests to car parking, changing facilities and registration

• Greet guests and register then for the day. At this point XSEM also:
o Hand out score cards
o Explain format of the day
o Explain local rules of the venue
o Check handicaps
o Give out goodie bags.

• Start golfers at the first tee including a briefing of the rules and competitions being played

• Man the start hut, announce players onto the tee and do a final run through of the competition format.

• Marshall play

• Set up the prize table with client logo.

• Collect scorecards, check all scores and put results on score board.

• Remove all branding after the event.
