AUSTRALIA V PAKISTAN 2ND T20
EDGBASTON, JUL 06 TUE
Two international T20 heavyweights clash as Pakistan meet Australia at Edgbaston.
Situated in a leafy southern suburb of Birmingham, Edgbaston is one of the finest cricketing venues in the country. The ground was the scene of Brian Lara's world record 501 not out against Durham in 1994, and, in 1999, played host to perhaps the single greatest one-day match in history: the tied World Cup Semi-Final between South Africa and Australia. And who could forget the Ashes classic of 2005?
In 2010 no less than three teams will be touring the UK and you will be able to see them all at Edgbaston. Edgbaston hosts two Twenty20 internationals against Australia on consecutive days followed by an ODI against Bangladesh before a test match against Pakistan. Whatever form of cricket you prefer, Edgbaston offers it all.
XSEM can offer a range of hospitality facilities within the ground.
