We are very proud to offer for 2012 the very best in marquee hospitality. The position of our marquee is without doubt one of the best in the Tented Village, being one of the first marquees you approach as you walk past the Guinness Stand.
Other marquees can be very hard to find and you can easily get lost in what we call ‘the rabbit run’. Having our marquee near the Guinness Grandstand means our clients can access the Paddock, Grandstand and viewing areas of the racecourse extremely easily.
During your stay in the Platinum Suite marquee, you will be embraced with a warm, welcoming and exciting racing spirit. Your hospitality includes an exquisite four course luncheon prepared by our top caterers with complimentary drinks at your request. Your day will be enhanced with an appearance by our celebrity tipster John Francome who will give you his expert advice and tips on the day’s fantastic racing.

Executive Boxes
Join us in 2012 in our luxurious executive glass fronted boxes with balconies offering fantastic views of the Cheltenham Racecourse and approach to the second to last fence. Our executive boxes are extremely popular, with race goers returning year after year. The boxes are positioned on the top floor of this temporary box structure, providing clients with perfect panoramic views of the world’s greatest racecourse.
Each box joins onto a private balcony, perfect for space, comfort and the high spirited atmosphere which is enjoyed at Cheltenham every year. Betting facilities are easily accessible on the box floor, avoiding the hassle of travelling outside into the crowds.
Private tables of 10 are available and bookings for smaller groups of 2 upwards are accommodated on shared tables. An exquisite four course luncheon is provided before the first race by our acclaimed high class caterers and our celebrity tipster will make your day complete.

Superior Box
Our Superior Boxes are in a prime position standing very close to the trackside and near to the Guinness Stand. The view from the Superior Box captures a panoramic outlook of this magnificent racecourse, offering unrivalled views of the final fence. The Superior boxes are closer to the winning post than the Executive boxes and provide a slightly better view of the racing.
These fixed structure boxes are divided into separate areas accommodating groups of between 10-40 guests privately, with shared boxes also available. The boxes are the best available at Cheltenham, offering a stylish and spacious area to entertain. The boxes have a balcony, perfect for absorbing the famous Cheltenham roar. Betting facilities are easily accessed at the end of the balcony, avoiding the hassle of having to travel outside your box into the crowds.

Grandstand Boxes
A rare opportunity to enjoy the racing from your own private reserved seat located directly overlooking the winning post. This elevated position provides the ultimate view of each race. Having sat in these seats ourselves, we are confident that this view beats a box with a balcony, as when you get 16 guests onto a balcony, it can be crowded and viewing can be restricted.
Our box is located on Level 5 of the main grandstand and is very spacious with a window running the full length of the box looking out over the rear of the grandstand, with the paddock on the right. To access your seats you have a very short walk down to level 3 to experience your perfect view of the racing.
The box is available privately for 16 guests for sit down silver service dining or for 24 guests for buffet style dining. A fully comprehensive hospitality package is offered, including a champagne reception, four course meal, full afternoon tea and complimentary bar. If viewing the racing is an important aspect of your day at Cheltenham, then this facility is simply the best.

Front Runners Restaurant
Front Runners is a spacious and modern restaurant overlooking the final furlong of the Racecourse. This glass fronted restaurant is ideal for smaller parties looking to entertain at the Cheltenham festival in 2012. Choose from a window or non window table in the raised restaurant where you can catch sight of the horse racing action a guest speaker and jockey will visit the front Runners Restaurant, giving an overview of the day’s races and their favourites for that day.
Private tables of 8, 10 and 12 are available in the restaurant throughout the festival, with smaller numbers being accommodated on a shared basis.
