• Recommend the most appropriate facility across the whole market
• Send out co-branded un priced literature – Why not send event ideas out to your clients? Make sure you are taking them to an event they will enjoy.
• Confirm availability
• Organise booking forms
• Arrange any travel or accommodation requirements
• Send out client branded email itineraries, often tickets are not sent out until two weeks before an event, that doesn’t mean you have to keep your guests in the dark about event details
• Check special dietary requirements
• Arrange any personal gifts or guest speakers you may require
• Send out tickets, maps, and printed itineraries
• Have a staff presence on the day
• SMS Updates, on the day of an event we will send you a text message and let you know what your table number is to avoid the queue at the table plan.
